Grounding is important and Energy is Everywhere.
Grounding involves connecting to the Earth's surface barefoot to absorb its energy. Some of the benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, and overall well-being. Advocates claim that direct contact with the Earth may help balance the body's electrical charge and promote a sense of calm.
While energy is everywhere in the universe. It is composed of molecules that are vibrating at various frequencies. The molecules located within our bodies are constantly vibrating and radiating positive or negative, balanced or unbalanced, opened or closed frequencies. When our body, organs and mind are misaligned energetically and radiating low-vibrational frequencies, it can materialize into physical ailments, like pains, sickness and disease.
This is why Self Care and Self Love is so important. To listen to our bodies and give it what it needs mentally and physically. To take that time to go outside, take a deep breath, take a nap, whatever you need to do to get through the day.
Because Self Love is truly Our Superpower.
